Crafting a new brand for the gaming market. The WD_BLACK gaming brand is a global leader in performance gaming devices. The goal was to create overall brand awareness focusing on the new family of High-Performance gaming products and build a $50M gaming business. The result was the sellout of global product inventory in 8 weeks time.
As an initial dive into the design system, the exploration touched upon a few visual elements that inspired us to dig deeper. The mission was to convince "Gamers" to buy and educate the need for storage. I provided the creative brand building concepts and product launch assets for B2B and B2C consumers of product marketing asset design and development (print and digital) and final production.
